Be sure to get your permission forms and payment in to secure as spot for this summers best conferences ASAP! Don't be left home wishing you would have turned your forms in on time.

4) Turn your form into the LIFE TEEN office with your deposit or full
payment by the due date. Please see flyer or call the office for due
dates.
